These terms apply to your browsing and use of this website, and transactions in purchasing or ordering food from Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited through this website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. By using this website or any part thereof, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

Normal Condition

  • Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited reserves the right to change the prices of goods without prior notice. All orders are subject to the sole discretion of Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited and are accepted based on stock availability. 
  • For orders of Poon Choi, catering, and handmade dishes, the minimum purchase per order is HK$800.00. 
  • All orders are subject to the availability of relevant ingredients and goods before final confirmation. 
  • If the ordered product provided by this website is out of stock, this website has the right to refuse to accept the order. 
  • Product prices are based on the price on the day the goods are ordered. 
  • All product photos and images displayed on this website are for customer reference only. 
  • Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited and you agree that these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"). This website reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its absolute discretion. In case of any dispute, Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision. 

Pay

  • Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited accepts Visa, MasterCard, online banking, and PAYME. According to the credit card purchase protection service (such as VISA verification service, and MasterCard Security Code), you can use your credit card with a specific password or security code to make purchases safely and securely. The credit card used for the purchase must be valid and you must be the cardholder. This website reserves the right to terminate orders. Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited is not responsible for any credit card errors. 
  • All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars. 
  • Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited may set credit limits for individual customers from time to time and has the right to limit sales, including the right to refuse sales to any customer. 
  • You must pay the full order price when submitting your order. If you are unable to make payment, Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited will not accept the order. 
  • Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited reserves the right to change the payment terms of any order without prior notice.
  • Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited reserves the right to change the payment methods for online products at any time by publishing announcements through the website, email, and any other public communication methods. 

Notes on home delivery 

  • All ordered items will be delivered within seven working days. 
  • All food will only be delivered when someone is there to receive it, and customers will be contacted by phone before delivery. Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited does not assume any responsibility for the customer's request to leave the food outside. 
  • It is not ruled out that delivery time may be affected by holidays (such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter, and large sales events). If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, delivery will be delayed. Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited will contact you again to confirm the delivery time and location. 
  • If you or your representative fails to deliver the food at the agreed delivery time and location, Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited has the right to charge you additional fees. 
  • If your location changes, you are responsible for notifying Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited immediately. If the address is changed during shipment, Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited has the right to charge you additional fees. 
  • Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision to refuse delivery service to any customer.

In order to protect individuals' right to privacy of personal data, Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited ensures that its policies and practices in collecting, using, retaining, transferring, and accessing personal data are in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong Provisions. Force Majeure

Delay or failure to perform due to or caused by fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargo, strike, labor dispute, equipment failure, or any other cause beyond the control of Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited, Joe Soul Veggie Food Company Limited is not responsible.
